What a night! After nearly 3 months of renovations, we were thrilled to share our new FATE 2.0 Youth Development & Workforce Training Center with the public. On September 15th, 2016, we hosted a Launch Event coupled with our annual fundraiser. Hosted by Channel 4's Kim DeGiulio and sponsored by the DTE Energy Foundation, Zingerman's, AVA Care, the Mullick Foundation, Plante Moran, Strategic Staffing Solutions, Tapper's, Truscott Rossman, Heartland Healthcare Center, Finn Partners, and IPS Technology Services -- the event was awesome. Guests bid on auction items like a Jalen Rose Package, sideline passes to a Detroit Lions game, a trip to Hawaii, and much more. They also partook in a friendly game of arcade hoops for a small price and a chance to win a beautiful Shinola duffle bag. We want to thank all of the amazing volunteers and guests who came out to celebrate with us!!
